Unlike short-term RV parks, Sunset Farm Seasonal RV Park is a long-term RV camping park with a permanent one year lease ranging from $4,000 to $6,000 (dependent on location and if you want a deck and/or roof), allowing you to have a home away from home in beautiful East Tennessee, come and go as much as you like year round! At our park, we have a thorough application process that ensures harmony and a sense of community for all of our tenants. All of our lots, which are 35'x60', have full hookup: electircal power, county water, sewer, generous space, and professional landscaping. We also offer custom additions to your lot, such as a deck, roof, or anything else that will make you feel more at home. Our Property
With our latest expansion, Sunset Farm RV Park has over 100 long-term RV lots! Our lots ranged from $4,000 to $6,000 (dependent on location and if you want a deck and/or roof), with a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your lot, and the other 50% due at the time you bring your RV onto the property.
